TUITION SESSIONS

These are usually 1 hour in length, bespokelesson lengths are available uponrequest, and take place in my home, oronline, on a weekly basis – at the same timeeach week.Each session is planned in advance with allmaterials provided.

UNARRANGED ABSENCES

That least 24 hours notice to be given to cancel or amend your session. Session payable in full/non-refundable without sufficient notice.

TUTOR HOLIDAYS AND BANK HOLIDAYS

Tuition sessions will continue through school holidays and on bank holidays.

SMALL GROUP TUITION

Small Group tuition runs with a minimum of 2

students. Should additional families stop their

participation in Small group tuition, you would

have the choice to:

Use the allocated time slot for 1:1 tuition at

the price specified on our most up-to-date

price list, until another family signs up.

Cease tuition until another family signs up

to Small Group Tuition.

2.

Cease tuition altogether.

3.

In the event that another family wishes to stop

receiving Small Group Tuition, we will

endeavour to contact you as soon as possible.

ARRANGED ABSENCES

Holidays should be notified at least 4 weeks prior to the session taking place.

Session payable in full/non-refundable without sufficient notice.

**Please note - 1x arranged absence permitted per 1⁄4 (3 month

period)

TUTOR SICKNESS

In the event that your tutor is unwell enough to carry out the planned session the following will be offered: Online session, or Fee wavered/refunded, or rearranged session.

FEES

These are paid monthly, in advance, are nonrefundable and are due on the 28th of the previous month.

With the exception of  Initial sessions may be paid as a one off fee to ensure that the tutee is comfortable with me – this must be paid as soon as possible after arranging the session and must be paid atleast 24 hours before the session.

I accept payments in cash or via BACS transfer or payments via stripe on my website. Where invoices are not paid within 24 hours of

the due date & time, a late payment fee of approximately 1.5% will be added to account for the administrative expenses associated with following up on the payment.

NOTICE PERIOD

There may come a time when goals have been met or tuition is no longer required by you. Please provide 2 weeks notice prior to tuition ceasing to continue. This will allow History with Hayley to increase advertising during this time to find new students to replace those who are moving on.
